Terms & Conditions – Studytech International Ltd
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Studytech International Ltd. By engaging our services, submitting an application, and/or making payment, the client confirms full acceptance of the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Service
Studytech International Ltd provides career guidance, CV marketing, job application support, and interview preparation assistance.
The service is support-based only and does not constitute recruitment, employment placement, or guarantee of outcomes.
We do not guarantee:
- Job offers
- Interview outcomes
- Sponsorship or visa approval
- Specific timelines
All results depend on third-party employers, recruiters, and external processes beyond our control.
2. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full and in advance before the commencement of services.
Once the service has commenced, all payments are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Non-adjustable
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Delays in responses
- Application rejections
- Lack of interview calls
- Candidate withdrawal
- Dissatisfaction after service initiation
3. Service Scope
The service includes:
- CV creation and optimisation
- Profile building and positioning
- Targeted job search and applications
- Supporting statement and application form assistance
- Interview scheduling support and preparation material
Support will be provided until:
- A maximum of 10 interview opportunities is reached, or
- The client secures a job
Whichever occurs earlier.
4. Interview Policy
An interview opportunity is considered delivered when:
- An interview invitation is received, or
- An assessment/screening stage is scheduled
The following will be counted as interview opportunities:
- Online assessments
- Missed or unattended interviews
- Late cancellations
- No-show interviews
If multiple interviews are scheduled at the same date and time by different employers, the client may choose to attend one; however, all scheduled interviews will be counted, as scheduling is controlled by external parties.
If the client:
- Misses or skips 3 interviews without valid reason, or
- Repeatedly declines opportunities
The service may be terminated without refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Maintain professional communication
- Attend interviews responsibly
- Cooperate throughout the process
Any of the following may result in immediate termination without refund:
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Fake or unverifiable documents
- Unprofessional or abusive behaviour
- Interference with the application process
6. Eligibility
The client must:
- Be physically present in the UK
- Hold a valid visa during the service period
If visa status becomes invalid or expires, services may be paused or discontinued without refund.
7. Application Handling
Applications will be managed through a structured internal process.
Access credentials used during the service will remain under company control and will be shared only after:
- Successful job placement, and
- Completion of all applicable payments
Any attempt to disrupt or bypass the process may result in termination of service.
8. Role & Location Flexibility
Applications will be based on:
- Market demand
- Role suitability
- Job availability
No strict location preference will be accepted, as it significantly reduces opportunities.
The company is not responsible for reduced outcomes due to restricted preferences.
9. Limitation of Liability
Studytech International Ltd acts solely as a service provider.
We are not liable for:
- Employer decisions
- Interview outcomes
- Recruitment delays
- Visa or sponsorship decisions
- Changes in market conditions
10. Conduct & Service Continuity
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client:
- Fails to cooperate
- Repeatedly declines or misses opportunities
- Engages in unreasonable or disruptive behaviour
No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.
11. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
Studytech International Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By using our services, the client agrees that:
- Personal data (including CV, contact details, and application information) will be collected and processed for service delivery.
- Data may be shared with employers, recruitment platforms, and job portals solely for application purposes.
- Data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
- The company will not sell or misuse personal data.
Clients have the right to:
- Request access to their data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data, subject to legal obligations
Data will be retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and compliance.
12. Financial & Agreement Integrity
All payments are considered final and binding once processed.
The client agrees not to:
- Dispute valid payments after service initiation
- Make false claims regarding transactions
- Attempt to reverse or challenge payments without valid grounds
Any such actions may result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Permanent restriction from future services
- Further action where necessary to protect business interests
13. Final Agreement
By proceeding with application submission and/or payment, the client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood all Terms & Conditions
- Accept the service limitations and structure
- Agree that no additional commitments exist beyond this document
14. Digital Acceptance & Agreement
By selecting "I Accept Terms & Conditions" in the application form and/or proceeding with payment, the client provides explicit consent to all terms stated.
This digital acceptance shall be considered:
- A legally binding agreement
- Equivalent to a physical signature under the laws of England and Wales
The client acknowledges that:
- They have read and agreed before proceeding
- Digital records (timestamp, IP, form submission) may be retained as proof of acceptance
If the client does not agree, they must not proceed with the service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Final Note
This service is based on structured effort, market conditions, and external processes.
Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and engagement confirms acceptance of this principle.
